As we are booking your holiday and travel flight we arrange in a contract between you and us as we are responsible for your travel arrangements with booking confirmation. All of your bookings is in context of these Booking terms and conditions as we take full responsibility of these booking details. If you plan to cancel or amend the booking we need to check and confirm the rules from the airline and hotel. We do what we can to provide the after customer services even when are you on your holiday.

All booking are subject to availability at the time of booking. Once you have reserved with us please read terms and conditions. We book flight on the phone and on the website. All details of travel must match as requested by you. We send email confirming all details in writing, if you want to make any changes do let us know before we issue your ticket. Customer name must match as per passport, departure date, return flight, cost of package, hotel name, type of room. All of these details must be rechecking by passenger on the email received from us. Once acknowledged we will proceed with the booking.
Customer should make the full payment before tickets/package is issued. We only issue once payment is cleared from Passenger side. It is compulsory to make balance payment before deadline provided my travel agent so booking does not cancel. We accept Debit Card and Credit Card for payments. All payments are taken with pax consent. Sometime further documentation are required to make sure the Card is not being misused on the phone.
Once your ticket/hotel is issued, we can only cancel them after confirming from Airline/Hotel. Minimum refund is possible in this situation as airline/hotel take cancellation fee and partial refund is possible. Most of international airline take 80% as cancellation of ticket cost. If you want to cancel the flight before ticket is issued only small amount is taken as cancellation only. Rest amount is refundable or not need to be paid.
Rules of the ticket/hotel are to be checked for making changes. Most tickets are non- changeable meaning you must travel on the same date mentioned on the ticket and same rule for hotel.
Changeable tickets are expensive, you must confirm with the travel agent if ticket is changeable or non-changeable.
Passenger must have 6 months valid passport for international travel from UK. We are not responsible for validity of passport as pax must make sure about this.
Visa requirement for any country should be checked from the consulate as we do not take responsibility for stamping the visa. Client must have valid visa to country planned to travel.
We issue only international tickets from UK Airports. All tickets are ATOL Protected, If there is any problem with the plane, you can contact directly Civil Aviation Authority.
If any airline is not travelling, or cannot fly to your travel destination. Either Civil Aviation can refund the money back to Pax passenger or is liable to provide alternative flight carrier to passenger. You ticket you have purchased is all secured.
